曾擔任錦江集團旗下維也納酒店品牌及凱里亞德酒店品牌首席產品官；作為投資人及凡恩酒店設計創始人雙重身份，擁有18年酒店產品及品牌設計經驗。曾參與并推進4000+酒店的落地執行。

為多個酒店品牌連鎖產品線提供模塊化標準、設計標準化手冊、品牌全案策劃，主導過諸多知名品牌酒店的策劃規劃及創新設計指導，如攜程旗下品牌麗呈，Elong旗下品牌藝龍酒店，法國盧浮酒店集團旗下凱里亞德(Kyriad Marvelous)、康鉑(Campanile)、郁錦香(Golden Tulip)；維納斯皇家酒店，維也納全品牌系列，以及麗亭、麗怡、麗柏、東呈等頭部品牌。

Lambert was the Chief Product Officer of Kyriad Marvelous and Vienna Hotel under Jin Jiang Group. As an investor and the founder of FINE HOSPITALITY DESIGN, Lambert owns 18 years of experience in hotel interior design and  brand design, and has participated in the implementation of over 4000 hotel projects.

Lambert has provided modular standards , brand planning and design criteria manuals for the chain product line of numbers of hotel brands; and has leaded in the creative design for many famous hotel brands, for instance, Ctrip’s brand REZEN GROUP, Elong’ s brand Hotel eLong, French Groupe du Louvre’s brands Kyriad Marvelous, Campanile and Golden Tulip, Venus Royal Hotel and other hotel brands under Vienna Hotel Group, as well as Park Plaza, Country Inn & Suites, Park Inn, Dossen, etc.
